What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Within the UK items will be posted Royal Mail First Class signed for. Lovedeluxe will not be held responsible for any Royal Mail delays or items lost in transit. Recorded/signed for services must be used when returning items, we reserve the right not to accept any cancellations/online returns if you do not follow this policy, please retain your proof of posting receipt.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, international shipping is done by the Royal Mail International signed for/Airsure service. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import duties/taxes due upon entry to the destination country, Lovedeluxe will not be held responsible for any additional shipping costs,delays or items lost in transit.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Lead times for despatch are quoted in the product listing, these may vary at peak seasons. You will be advised when your item is despatched and can track delivery status within UK. If required for specific dates, it is the buyer’s responsibility to advise in the purchase notes at checkout or email lovedeluxelingerie@gmail.com for confirmation. Express orders may be considered on request by email, but are subject to fabric availability and workload.

How is my item packaged?

Your item is wrapped in luxury tissue paper,  placed in a beautiful box tied with teal hemp twine and finished with branded card and gold glitter tag. Smaller items may be placed in card bags with similar branding. Subject to materials availability and Lovedeluxe reserve the right to replace any unavailable items. Bubble wrap cover and mail bag added for posting subject to order size and weight. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payments can be made online by Paypal. Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry, are not transferable or able to be redeemed for cash. Any remaining amounts after purchase will be offered in gift vouchers/credit note only. No cash/card refunds will be given on items paid by gift voucher. We do not refund third parties, any 14 day cancellation refund, if approved, will be made to account from which the goods were purchased.

Do I need a paypal account?

No, you can use the payment platform as a guest securely with your credit or debit card, we will never know your card information.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

On your selected product listing page, select your sizes and any other information required, add to cart, select desired shipping method and confirm your purchase at checkout. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase and if we require any information to make your item, you will be contacted by email. Please ensure to provide correct sizing details as Lovedeluxe cannot be held responsible for garments made with incorrect sizing instruction and reserve the right to refuse cancellation/return.

What are my cancellation rights?

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to a 14 day cancellation policy from date of receipt of the item. As items with concerns for hygiene, they are sealed, and you revoke your right to any cancellation if the item has been worn, the seal broken, tampered or damaged in any way. All labelling must be intact. Thorough inspection of goods will take place before any cancellation will be granted and refunds will reach your account within 2 weeks to allow for this inspection. Any non listed sizes made bespoke  to your individual sizing will not be subject to cancellation. All of our designs are handmade to order, so please bear this in mind before making your purchase. Lovedeluxe will not cover for return postage. No other returns/cancellations will be accepted outwith this period. Items ordered at shows will not be eligible for refund/return or cancellation, unless deemed to be faulty, see terms below.

What if my item is faulty?

All of our items are handmade to order to high standards of manufacture. In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing fault notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, and confirmed following inspection by Lovedeluxe, we will replace or repair the item taking your return postage costs into consideration. Please allow up to 2 weeks for inspection of items and confirmation will be sent by email. Protective seals must be intact and items unworn in original condition.
